I make art because I have to.

Sometimes, ideas for pieces run around my head for years and eventually, have to be made. It’s the best way to make space for other projects. Making art has saved me over the years. Dealing with on-going depression and chronic pain from a spinal fusion, Art has given me a means to deal with all of that and I encourage others to explore it’s potential in their own lives. When there have been times that I couldn’t physically or mentally work for others I could almost always go into the studio and clear my head and body by making something come alive with my hands.
